Very satisfying experience with AtticPro. It was easy to schedule an estimate and get an appointment to do a job. Price was reasonable in my opinion. They cleaned our attic off rats droppings and couple of layers of old insulation, sanitized, sealed attic and put new insulation in. Crew arrived on time, put up plastic covers and covered all floors with plastic. Work was done at promised time. All was cleaned up after and all construction materials were taken away. All was vacuumed and cleaned inside and outside. Crew appeared to be very respectful. Marvin the Lead was very attentive to my questions. Highly recommend this company.

Really happy with services and crew and especially inspector and project manager rep Rabi and the Foreman we had was great as well! Very professional, organized, flexible, efficient and detail oriented , We had a huge project including new insulation in attic plus new AC ducts under the house, and they threw in cleaning and sanitizing most of the garage. Everything is now super clean! Everything was done on time and according to plan, no unexpected things to deal with, and very happy with the work they did plugging up all the ratholes and remedying vents, They also returned promptly on a different day to plug up a whole I missed on the first inspection, no extra charges . Highly recommend from start to finish, and affordable compared to other companies, Also they are BBB Diamond Certified, which helped me to choose them over others!

Attic Pros provided one of the best customer satisfaction service. We had our attic cleaned, sealed, and replace insulation. The team did an amazing job at sealing off the service area from rest of the house. The team did an excellent job of vacuum cleaning the attic to its core after removing the old insulation, sealed off openings/crevices, and finally installed new insulation (smells like fresh paint), which was all done in one day. The team also sealed off any openings in our garage/roof/exterior wall to eliminate pest invasion. During the work, one of the ceiling lights popped out, but their handy man came in the very next day to fix the issue (obviously at no cost). I would highly recommend Attic Pros for your next home project. Attached are the before/after pictures of the attic.

This Company goes beyond what is expected … I’m pretty demanding , but Attic Pro’s satisfies me beyond expectations … they did great job at clean up and blowing the new fiberglass. They are beyond R38 requirements and they provided ne ( Richardo) with great documented photos and videos of their work . They worked very hard during clean up .. thank you. Crew for your effort !!

Attic Pros vacuumed out and cleaned/sanitized my whole attic space which was soiled by rats. Jose and Luis were very professional and hard working. They were also very detailed in the rodent proofing work that they did to close up all possible holes. Najim helped coordinate and schedule the work and it was done on the quickest timeframe of all the companies I was in contact with.
