I have used Blum Construction for 3 major projects: a kitchen remodel, a complete reface of my house for an updated look with hardie siding, and windows/doors replacement. Mark is a pleasure to work with. He was there when he said he would be; kept the work spaces clean and organized to minimize the impact of living with construction; and focused on my projects through to completion, getting them done in less time than I had expected. Mark does the majority of work himself, minimizing the quality and scheduling issues that can arise when dealing with subcontractors. Mark is focused on customer satisfaction and attention to detail -- highly recommended!
