Nestor, our wonderful contractor, handled every detail from pulling permits to the finest finishing touches and held our hand through the whole process with the nicest demeanor. He was a consummate professional, and we would hire him again in a second.

We went with BNO builders to redo our deck this year. It's on the third floor (we are against a hill). Nestor helped us with everything and was amazing from the beginning. He came and took a look at everything, was very thorough and made a few recommendations at a variety of price points, helping us understand the pros and cons of each. I already knew I wanted to go with BNO because his communication was so honest and clear, but in addition they also had the best priced quote! It was a no brainer. They were wonderful to work with, finished the job quickly, and even addressed issues that arose as they went along (ones that were not their fault). For example, one of the stairs going to our bottom level was cracked before they arrived, but they fixed it before they left. Incredible service and attention to detail. I'm excited to go with BNO and Nestor again for my next project!

We got Dima’s phone number as a referral from our friend who completed a project with them.
He is a very nice and professional person, from the first meeting we felt very comfortable.
We completed our full house remodeling that included our kitchen and baths, the process was very smooth.
They helped us with all the materials selection, permits and gave us full understanding of budget and time frames.
The crew kept updating us as they worked and every small issue we came across was dealt with immediately.
We love our new home and will highly recommend Dima and BNO Builders.

We wanted a full home remodel and had many contractors come to our home who were in and out of our house within 30 minutes. When Nestor came to give us an estimate, he had much knowledge to any questions we had about the process of our project and provided us with a detailed estimate within the next day. Pricing was competitive so we decided to move forward with BNO. Throughout our project Nestor was quick to respond and always kept us in the loop if any changes or problems occurred. His team finished our project a week before the projected end date. We are more than pleased with the results and would recommend Nestor and BNO Builders to anyone who needs remodel!

We had a large backyard to landscape that was basically a big dirt/weed patch with a few hardscape items that needed to stay and be incorporated into the design. What really stood out to me with BNO was their great communication, reliability, and professionalism. They listened well and were always responsive to any questions we had. The workers showed up on time and were respectful of our property. They worked super hard and wanted to make sure we were happy with everything.
