Roland did an excellent job repairing a giant crack in our hallway ceiling. He removed and replaced the drywall at the site. He reinforced the site in the attic so it would not reappear. He worked with an engineer to reinforce the ceiling rafters around and beyond the site. He also added two flush mounted ceiling lights which I did not expect, but turned out wonderful. He primed the area for further painting . He was on time and responsive to my calls and questions.

I am so pleased to have found Roland to help repair my bathroom vanity. The base was ruined due to water damage and there was some mold starting. I was impressed that he took out the entire affected piece, not just the section, and made a new frame to support the entire base! He used superior wood (not particle board) and even supplied me with a much better base liner to cover it! I have never experieced such quality workmanship with other contractors used in the past. I would highly recommend Roland's company to anyone needing any type of home renovation!

Professional, great value, and top-notch quality!
This was Roland's sixth project for our family. This project was a powder room gut renovation (sink, toilet, shower stall) and the results turned out fantastic. Roland was able to finish our renovation exactly on time to the very day even given COVID supply chain disruptions.
The paint, tile, floor and installation were superb. But Roland has a great attitude, works collaboratively with you, arrives exactly on time, and any issues that arise, he works with you within your constraints to solve issues. I appreciate his ability to offer solutions always detailing the time and money changes needed.
I've recommended him to our friends and neighbors as his services will yield quality results that last years.

I wanted to share my experience with Roland Zoller Construction because of the FANTASTIC job that was done at my residence. Roland was highly communicative throughout the weeklong repair in my bathroom - he explained his process, coordinated times, kept me informed, all of which was super appreciated. I had a realistic timeframe, which also allowed me to plan around. The job was done well, was within budget, and was also done in the timeframe I was given. Throughout the week, Roland kept communication open. Not only is Roland skilled, he is also very kind and pleasant. The day after the repair was complete, Roland reached out to ask how things were working; to check in. a nice, professional and thoughtful touch! I am connecting him with my parents, who are planning a kitchen renovation. def would recommend!

During Home Guard’s inspection of my home patriot to listing it for sale,, several issues were identical that needed fishing. My realtor suggested contacting Roland as he has gained an excellent reputation with construction projects and customer service. I’m glad I called him.
We had a 1) safety hazard with a set of uneven stairs and 2) a leak under the dishwasher. The appliance repairman resolveded the leak from the dishwasher but not the floor that was soaked. Roland investigated and determined the floor under the dishwasher needed replacing and also noticed a wiring issue not up to code. He fixed both issues and even replaced part of the cabinet wall due to its having been wet.
The stair issue became more complex as he worked on it and he had to add mire money to his initial estimate. We knew the job was needed so agreed to the additional cost. He spent several days fixing those steps as he had to remove and replace the concrete slab and properly anchor the new steps correctly.
He was always up front with what he was doing and extremely professional in his work. I believe he fit us in to his workload as we needdd the work done by a specific date in order to meet our critical deadline. He did that, too! His paperwork also showed his professionalism. I rarely see such a complete contract. It was reassuring to me that the work would get done with a commitment to finishing on time.
I recommend using Zoller Construction for any home repair or remodeling project. You’ll get the job done right and on time.
