The entire effort took close to two months and
his team worked round the clock to ensure it was ready to move in per the planned schedule.
The house was in really poor condition when purchased but Matt and team helped fix every little aspect to ensure it was in livable condition. Service and empathy is something Matt really excels at and this will really help him scale his business. He is extremely prompt and ensures all concerns are addressed in an affordable budget. I do plan to request Matt to help with phase II when time permits.

We got both our bathrooms remodeled with Matthew and the creative builder team. As we started the process of getting quotes, Matthew stood out in terms of his willingness to understand what we were trying to do, provide suggestions and most importantly, guide us on things to watch out for. He seemed like someone who we could trust. During the execution of the projects, we worked closely with Kenneth who is an excellent project manager. Both Matthew and Kenneth are super responsive and addressed any questions/concerns promptly. In the end, both our bathrooms were completed on time within budget with great quality. We are very happy with the results and will count on Matthew for all of our future home improvement projects.

We engaged Creative for our restroom upgrade project. Matt came by and provided an estimate ON THE SPOT and had a team that was ready to execute within 2 days! Matt and the team worked fabulously with us throughout the timeline despite a couple of project scope expansions.
+ Our project manager Kenneth was very knowledgeable and excellent in communication. We were in touch on a daily basis on design ideas, material needs and construction progress.
+ The quality of Creative's workmanship is phenomenal: good attention to detail and great tile work: our bathrooms are transformed!!

Worked with Matt for refinishing floors, cabinets, and grounding. He and his team were prompt, reliable, and professional. Super pleased with the end product.
Matt was great to work with and shared ideas on what to do and how as well. Estimates were fair, reasonable, and accurate. He and his team were able to work around other projects going on at the house and our timeline as well.
Really happy we got to work with Matt and do plan to work with him again on future projects.
