After getting 5 quotes from contractors to complete
major renovations to our newly purchased home, we went ahead with Wise Builders because they had
the best combination of knowledge, professionalism,
honesty and cost. We are so glad we went with them
because the entire process went very smoothly and everything looks great.
We worked with Michele Crawford as our designer and project manager.
She assured us from the beginning that she would manage the entire project and will make sure that we would be able to move in by our deadline (in six weeks). She kept her word, and her team worked hard to ensure that we were able to move in as promised. We did a full bathroom remodel, two fireplaces removal and renovation, whole house painting, demolished existing flooring and installed new hardwood floors, installed new recessed lighting (around fifty five) and removed some shutters off the wall, some major drywall repair.
Michele Crawford was amazing!
She was timely, very organized, and eager to solve any minor/ major obstacles.
She worked with us closely & listened to us and helped us procure all the raw material needed for the remodel.
In general, we had great dialogue about design choices plus materials. In terms of project management she was very proactive and responsive.
She was extremely professional, and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. She kept us informed every step of the way and was always available to answer any questions we had.
We had read great reviews about her and we had specifically requested for her to manage our project and we are so glad that we did.

The construction crew led by Tony and Daniel did an amazing job with the craftsmanship.
Tony did an amazing job with the recessed lights layout and install. He was so patient and showed us various lighting options and has a great design sense.
Daniel and his team did a great job with fireplace layout and whole house painting and flooring. Daniel was very patient and offered great solutions and gave very sound and practical advice.
The entire crew was polite, hardworking, and paid close attention to the details to ensure the final result was exactly what we had envisioned. The quality of their work is simply outstanding.
As expected with this magnitude of work there were some hiccups along the way. However each and every issue was taken care off.
Wise also contacted us few times to ensure that everything was going as per our expectations and asked for constant feedback.
The renovation was completed on time and the end product is better than we could have hoped for. My daughter is very thrilled with her new bathroom.We would highly recommend Wise Builders to anyone considering a home renovation project.

Update - My project is finished. It came out so much better than I could have hoped for. The work is beautiful. I still find myself admiring the walls and how fantastic it looks. Aaron was the Project Manager and made the whole remodel process seem easy. German and the team were wonderful and did their best to make the process as minimally intrusive in our lives as possible. I will be using their services for future projects.
I'm in the middle of a bathroom remodel with Wise Builders, Aaron is my Project Manager. I was dreading the process and have heard so many nightmare stories about it from others. But Wise Builders have been incredible. It has been a fantastic experience. Clear communication, considerate crew, timely arrivals, dedication to the job. All the scary stories people told me are true, BUT not with this group. They pride themselves on being the team that proves it is possible to get it done on time or ahead of schedule, with minimal disruption and no extra fees. Let's take a moment and look at that no additional fees thing. I got quotes from five different places; they are the only ones that didn't make change orders the usual way of doing the work. One price, no change orders. That is incredible and has helped greatly along the way.
